In this course, you will learn the critical skills needed to perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) on adults. Sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) is a life-threatening emergency that can happen anywhere, at any time. Performing high-quality CPR can double or even triple a victim’s chance of survival.
This training will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to act quickly and effectively in an emergency. You’ll learn how to recognize cardiac arrest, provide chest compressions, use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and deliver rescue breaths. By the end of this course, you’ll be prepared to take action and potentially save a life.
